Departure Day

I leave today at 6:10 p.m. It is nine hours to Frankfurt, Germany. There I have a four-hour layover. Then, I fly for three hours to Moscow. I'll be arriving in the evening on Wednesday the 21st.

Say a prayer for me! (I'm slightly nervous.)

O Lord of all creation who knew Meredith before she was born, protect her now body, soul, and spirit. Give her your abiding peace everywhere she goes and in everything she does. We pray this believing it to be ours because we always pray in your Name, believing.

Amen

WOW! So, you guys are ahead of our time. I think it's weird to think in those terms when you are in another country, isn't it? I know you must have some jet lag! Get lots of sleep! When do you start classes?

I'm praying!!! I luv you! Happy travels! :)

Do you have to start teaching as soon as you get there, or do you have time to go to superfun faculty meetings n' get your bearings? I hope you LOVE it there and meet wonderful nice people immediately!
